We are bringing back Chef Carlos Baez, formerly of Mr. Crisp & one of our favorite Greenville chefs, for a very special dinner featuring some of the most unique and beautiful French wines from Authentique Vin Imports to celebrate Bastille Day—Tuesday, July 14th. You will be hosted by one of the most passionate and knowledgeable people I’ve met in the wine industry recently, Greg Pfaender, who represents Authentique Vin in all of the southeast. He will be sharing firsthand knowledge about these extraordinary wines.

On Tuesday, August 4th at 6:30 PM, join Pride & Joy Provisions and Potluck GVL for an evening celebrating Sabor Latino.
Chef Carlos Baez and Chef Jimmy Nguyen come together for a collaborative menu inspired by the flavors, traditions, and influences that shape Latin American cuisine.
Rather than focusing on a single country or region, Sabor Latino explores the connections between cultures, ingredients, and techniques found throughout Latin America. Expect bold flavors, thoughtful cooking, and a menu that honors tradition while embracing creativity.
The evening will be served in a communal setting designed to encourage conversation and shared experience. Optional wine pairings curated by Mission Grape and cocktails from Sum Bar will be available throughout the evening.
